Sentosa Club Vision Sdn Bhd holds 23.50% of total shares, the largest shareholder in SKW. The main activities of SKW are including sawmill, sawn timber production, timber treatment, kiln drying, roof trusses fabrication, timber trading, construction and property development. Its three subsidaries are SKW Subari Sdn. Bhd., SKW Yew Chai Sdn. Bhd. and Wangi KMB Berhad. The main location for the timber operations is in Johor while property development is in Malacca, southern Malaysia.
